👧👵Women go through a lot of changes starting from teenage years , beginning of menstrual cycles, growth, hormonal changes to adulthood to menopause and later stages of life

💪🏼Due to constant changes monthly and throughout the adulthood life, maintaining good muscle and bone/joint strength is crucial

🏋️‍♀️Strength exercises such as body weight, free weights or gym machines whatever suits you and your needs are recommended.

🤰Pelvic floor exercises for pregnancy, post delivery and later stages of life are essential to improve strength and stability in lower body , pelvis and bladder/bowel muscles.

🛌Sleep – 7-8 hours every night is suggested for rest, recovery and repair , don’t skim on the sleep.

👵Aging years can lead to stiffness , whole body stretching routine is suggested , includethis in your workout routines for ease.

🧠Mental health-

😔Women go through a lot of hormonal changes , day to day life stressors , work, family , relationships and other factors can cause highs and lows in life.

🧘‍♀️Meditation, yoga, Pilates, a hobby that gives you the sense of calm is recommended.
